ENJOY: This beginner-friendly series, Yoga For Golf and Tennis Players, will effectively move your body towards greater mobility, strength, and balance with expert instruction on healthy body alignment.

Yoga offers significant benefits for golf and tennis, including increased functional flexibility for a better swing or serve, enhanced core strength to prevent injury, and improved balance to handle uneven lies and lateral moves.

Injury Prevention: Regular yoga addresses muscular imbalances and strengthens the lower back, shoulders, and wrists against the repetitive motion of swinging.

INSTRUCTOR: Rae Lynn Stackpoole MOT, E-RYT, C-PT As an occupational therapist, yoga therapist, certified personal trainer, and BoneFit™ exercise specialist, Rae Lynn brings her 33 years of experience and passion for helping people live better thru moving better to every class she teaches.

WAITLIST:
~ If the class is full put yourself on the waitlist. When someone cancels, you will automatically be moved into the class and notified via email. Waitlist cut off is 12 hours before the class, so you will know by 10:15 the night before.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

~ You will receive an automated email reminder 24 hours before every class for which you signed up. Near the bottom of the email is a link to cancel.
~ Classes cancelled online > 12 hours before start time receive a full refund automatically returned to your credit card.
~ If you create a username and password you can go onto your Offering Tree account anytime to easily cancel.
