“navigating life’s currents and flourishing as we age”,
created by psychologist & author, Mary Pipher, in her book Women Rowing North.
rowingnorthWELLNESS provides in-person, evidence-based classes to promote
actively ROWING (not drifting) NORTH.
rowingnorthFOUNDATIONS and rowingnorthYOGA: classes increase functional mobility (joint and muscle usable range of motion), strength, and balance, plus calm your mind with breathing, meditation, and mindfulness
