Begin Again: A New Year's Day Yoga and Cold-Water Dip Experience
January 1, 2026
Co-created by Rae Lynn Stackpoole & Amy Hopkins
As one year closes and another begins, give yourself the gift of stepping into the first morning of 2026 with space, to consciously begin again. Yes! Space for embodied restoration, reflection, renewal and beginning again!
Rae Lynn and Amy have been passionately co-creating yogic space since 2002.
We welcome you! Join us, as we co-create a nurturing, transitional space for you on New Year's Day ... between what was and what might be—between goodbyes and possible hellos, between grief and hope. This experience is grounded in gratitude for all that you've navigated in 2025 and in choosing inspired openness towards the unknowns ahead.
Come share your presence with us all ... a community of intentional women choosing to row (not drift) north, to begin again and again and on January 1st, 2026 we do it literally between the tides.
"Beginning again is the most important part of the whole process. We're always starting over and starting over and starting over. Meditation helps us to do this with kindness." ~ Sharon Salzberg
