Yoga offers significant benefits for golf and tennis, including increased functional flexibility for a better swing or serve, enhanced core strength to prevent injury, and improved balance to handle uneven lies and lateral moves.

Injury Prevention: Regular yoga addresses muscular imbalances and strengthens the lower back, shoulders, and wrists against the repetitive motion of swinging.
