Brief Summary:

Radical Compassion by Tara Brach is a guide to overcoming feelings of self-doubt and inadequacy through mindfulness and self-compassion. The book shows how to develop kindness and self-love in a way that contributes to well-being and personal growth.

Tara Brach is great at making mindfulness accessible and easy. The book centers around RAIN acronym, Recognize, Accept, Investigate and Nurture. It is very useful and accessible when triggered or caught up in turbulent thoughts or emotions. Her stories are also filled with kindness and humility.
